On closing day, I was overwhelmed with things to get done around the house.  My wife and son had already left for California and I was alone.  When I told Patty this, she raced home, changed clothes, dashed over and helped me clear out the rest of my things.  This was in July, it was hot and muggy but Patty didn't hesitate to come to my rescue.   She then, even beat me to the closing!
